Shipment clause

Shipment is usually sent by Swiss Post. Naef Spiele Inc. retains the right, however, to opt for another carrier. Shipping costs are assessed according to the price stated in the online shop and depending on the weight of the merchandise and the chosen shipping mode offered by Swiss Post. The customer can choose between Post Pac Economy or Post Pac Priority services. Shipping costs are pointed out at www.swisspost.ch

Should certain articles not be available any longer, any overpayment turns into store credit. In exceptional cases, such credit may also be refunded as a check or bank money order. For purchases via credit card, the exceeding amount is re-credited to the respective account.
